We do all this while just being ourselves. Being human. Trying to be a little better every day and just living our best life. Whether we like sports, or cooking, or crafts, gaming, toys, politics, farming—whatever it may be—we want to know our energy goes to fueling a better future and paving an alternative to extractive capitalism.
We want the next generation to have better options than the ones that were given to us.
Everyone is providing value to the economy through common everyday interactions. These interactions are captured as data points then turned into business intelligence or artificial intelligence.
Currently, the only beneficiaries of this value are the capital owners of the large businesses that capture this data. This is bringing society to a halt when it could be preparing us for the future.
Economy is not about the generation of money but the spending of energy.
Dataeconomics is a new way to track the energy that's being generated and used, and a new way to bring value to that energy. When data creates value—whether it be through advertisement or a 10-year study—those who provided this data should benefit from the value.
It's not about winning the lottery. It's about constantly making dimes.
